Good morning!! I have been dying to show you my photos from my recent trip to Sri Lanka!! It has been an amazing couple of weeks, I love the country and its variety.
We started off in the north, as we fancied seeing the cultural triangle in Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya where we saw the ruins (which were stunning). Then we went to Kandy, one of the most important cities and then, after stopping over at the tea fields we visited the gorgeous waterfalls and saw the Yala National Park, where we stayed in luxury tents and went on a safari (I saw leopards, elephants, deer, cocodriles, buffalos, monkeys…. all in their natural habitat. From there we went to the south of the island, stopping off at Galle, a charming colonial city, and in my opinion, the most beautiful one. It is surrounded by a fort from SXVI – and our lovely hotel was inside 
From then on we went to a lot of coastal places such as Mirissa, Bentota, Unawatuna, Beruwella and of course I will never forget the day we spent in Madu Ganga, a wonderfully scenic river … The truth is that I am still in awe. Today’s photos are from Beruwella and I am rocking the perfect outifit for the 30degree weather which I miss so much hehe. Lots of love!!
Buenos dias!! Que ganas tenis de enseñaros fotos de mi súper viaje a Sri Lanka!! Han sido unas semanas alucinantes, me ha gustado muchísimo el país y lo mejor de todo es que ha sido muy variado.
Comenzamos nuestro viaje por el norte, nos apetecía empezar visitando el triángulo cultural y allí estuvimos en Polonnaruwa y Sigiriya visitando ruinas (impresionantes, por cierto). Después nos fuimos a Kandy, una de las ciudades mas importantes, y luego, tras hacer parada en los campos de te y tras visitar cascadas maravillosas, nos fuimos al parque Nacional Yala, donde vivi una experiencia increíble, durmiendo en tiendas de campaña dentro del parque y haciendo un safari fotográfico (no me lo creía, vi leopardos, elefantes, bambis, cocodrilos, búfalos, monos…, todos en su hábitat natural). De allí bajamos al sur de la isla, y la primera parada fue Galle, una ciudad colonial encantadora, la mas bonita para mi gusto, con un fuerte que la rodea del SXVI -además nuestro hotel, que era precioso, estaba dentro A partir de ahí visitamos un montón de sitios de costa con playas paradisiacas y otras con ambiente, como Mirissa, Bentota, Unawatuna, Beruwella…y por supuesto no quiero olvidar el día que pasamos en el Madu Ganga, un rio con manglares y con un paisaje como nunca antes había visto….Vaya, vengo que no me lo creo y hoy os traigo fotos de Beruwella, con un look perfecto para los 30 graditos que tanto echo de menos…jjj.
