Good morning!! You all know that I like to look after myself, I love the beach and enjoy walking my beloved Sir John Steed whenever I can. I also go to the gym when I am not traveling, and around this time of the year I start to pay a little more attention to how much excercise I do in order to get ready for the bikini wearing season. I just had Garmin delivered. It’s a fitness bracelet which helps me look after myself by registering my daily exercise. It sets up daily objectives and follows them up, and also monitors my sleep pattern. I will let you know how it goes because this is my first time using something like this. So far it’s been good. Ya sabéis que me gusta cuidarme, adoro la playa y disfruto de pasear con mi Sir John Steed siempre que puedo, también voy al gym (cuando no estoy de viaje…), y en esta época del año más que nunca pongo un poquito de atención a lo que hago por eso de que viene el veranito y con él la época de bikinis. Me acaba de llegar Garmin que es una pulsera de fitness que me ayuda a cuidarme porque mide mi actividad diaria, por ejemplo me propone un objetivo diario personalizado y hace el seguimiento de mi actividad, también puede monitorizar el sueño…bueno, yo os contaré qué tal me va porque nunca he usado nada parecido y tengo ganas de ver el resultado a largo plazo, llevo unos días y por ahora me está resultando muy útil, pero os mantendré informados.
